Terms of Service

Updated 8 November 2026 · Effective 8 November 2026

These Terms are the license and terms of service for Yunion services. Personal information is covered by thePrivacy Policy.

1. Acceptance and scope

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a contract between you and Beijing Yunion Technology Co., Ltd. (“Yunion”, “we”) for access to and use of Yunion services.

The services covered are the public websites www.yunion.cn and www.yunion.com, including English pages; the console at cloud.yunion.cn; product documentation at docs.yunion.cn; the published API documentation; the Yunion WeChat mini program; and related account, support, and paid consulting features we make available (together, the “Services”). A feature not offered in a given channel is governed by what that channel actually shows.

By registering, signing in, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and the Yunion Privacy Policy. Browsing public marketing pages does not by itself create an account.

If you do not agree, stop using the relevant Service. If you use the Services for a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.

We may revise these Terms as permitted by law and will post the update on the website, console, or mini program. Continued use after the update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.

2. The Services

Yunion provides Unified Cloud products and related services, including private cloud, multi-cloud management, FinOps, AI cloud, the Cloudpods open-source software, remote support, consulting, and account self-service. Modules, prices, and delivery follow the applicable page, order, or written agreement.

The console, product documentation, tickets, billing, identity verification, and some paid features require a Yunion account. Product overviews on the marketing site can be read without an account. The website, console, and mini program may share one account system.

We may change, upgrade, suspend, or stop parts of the Services for operational, technical, or legal reasons, and will explain material changes where reasonably practical. Open-source software is also licensed under its own open-source terms.

3. Accounts and security

You may register or sign in using the methods shown on the page, including a mobile number and SMS code. Signing in with an unregistered number may create an account as prompted.

Information you submit must be true, accurate, and complete, and you should update it when it changes.

The account is for you, or for people your organization authorizes. You must keep credentials, verification codes, keys, and devices safe, and you are responsible for activity under your account.

Tell us if you suspect compromise or unusual access. Loss caused by a failure to safeguard the account is yours.

You may request account deletion. We then handle information as required by law and the Privacy Policy, unless a statute or a separate agreement says otherwise.

4. Identity verification

Browsing the marketing site does not require identity verification. The console or mini program may offer individual or enterprise verification for security, compliance, or to unlock a service. Paid consulting, certain remote-assistance upgrades, and some coupons may require verification first.

Individual verification asks for your real name and a valid ID number that you lawfully hold. Enterprise verification asks for a business license or similar documents. You must have authority to verify on behalf of that enterprise.

The same ID number or enterprise registration is generally verified only once. You are responsible for false, stolen, expired, or unauthorized materials. We may refuse, revoke, or limit verification.

5. Acceptable use

You may not break the law or public order; impersonate someone else; disrupt the Services, including by attacking, scraping, reverse engineering, or bypassing security controls; use the Services for fraud, pyramid selling, infringement, or illegal content; access another person’s account, data, or systems without authorization; misuse one-time passwords or disclose keys that are not yours; resell or abuse coupons; or otherwise harm Yunion, other users, or third parties.

We may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate access for violations, and we may pursue legal remedies.

6. Orders, payment, and coupons

Prices and descriptions shown at checkout in the console or mini program govern that purchase. Prices on the marketing site are informational and are not an offer.

You may pay with account balance, WeChat Pay, or another method the page offers. After a successful payment, the entitlement is as recorded by the system and the applicable rules.

Coupons may be issued for verification, promotions, or other rules. Face value, scope, expiry, and limits are as shown. Coupons are not cash and are not transferable unless the law or our rules say otherwise.

Where a support ticket qualifies for a refund, the amount is returned to account balance rather than directly to the original payment method. Completed top-ups may be withdrawn under the page rules, back to the original payment channel where that channel supports it. Timing and eligibility follow the ticket, the page, our rules, and the payment provider.

We are not liable, to the extent the law allows, for losses caused by your own actions, network failures, or a payment provider. Questions about orders, coupons, or refunds can be sent through the contacts below.

7. One-time passwords

TOTP codes offered in the mini program or similar channels help you sign in. They do not replace your organization’s own security policy.

Keys you add are stored mainly on your device. You are responsible for loss or disclosure caused by your own handling of the device or key.

8. Intellectual property

Software, interfaces, text, images, marks, and other content in the Services belong to Yunion or their respective owners. Cloudpods and other open-source components are licensed under their open-source licenses.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or rent our proprietary materials for a commercial purpose without written permission, except where the law allows.

9. Privacy

Personal information is handled under the Yunion Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms. If the two differ on personal information, the Privacy Policy controls. If they differ on how the Services may be used, these Terms control.

10. Disclaimers and liability

We work to keep the Services secure and available. Because they depend on the internet and on third parties, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or absolutely secure operation.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for interruption or loss caused by force majeure; telecom operators, WeChat, payment providers, or other third parties; maintenance or faults; or your devices, network, misuse, or breach of these Terms.

Marketing pages are informational. A binding purchase is the confirmed order.

To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss or lost profits arising from use of the Services.

11. Minors

If you are under 18, read these Terms and the Privacy Policy with a guardian and use the Services only with the guardian’s consent.

If you are under 14, do not register or use account features yourself unless a guardian has given explicit consent and the law allows it.

12. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms and post the new version on the website, console, or mini program. Continued use means acceptance.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or stop some or all of the Services where the law and these Terms allow.

Termination does not affect rights already accrued, or the clauses on privacy, intellectual property, disclaimers, and disputes.

13. Contact

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of mainland China, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

Disputes should first be negotiated. If that fails, either party may sue in a court with jurisdiction at Yunion’s domicile.

15. Other

Headings are for convenience only. If one clause is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.

These Terms are published on 8 November 2026 as the site-wide terms for Yunion services, including channels that previously used a mini-program-only title.
