Privacy Policy

Updated 8 November 2026 · Effective 8 November 2026

This policy describes how we handle personal information. Commercial terms for using the services are in theTerms of Service.

Introduction

Beijing Yunion Technology Co., Ltd. (“Yunion”, “we”) explains in this Privacy Policy how we collect, use, store, and share personal information when you use Yunion services, and which rights you can exercise.

This policy covers www.yunion.cn, www.yunion.com and their English pages, the console at cloud.yunion.cn, product documentation at docs.yunion.cn, the published API documentation, and the Yunion WeChat mini program. Browsing the marketing site mainly involves device and log data. Account and transaction data are collected when you register, buy, or complete identity verification.

Updated and effective on 8 November 2026. This policy replaces the earlier text that described only purchases on cloud.yunion.cn, and it is the privacy policy for all of the properties listed above.

Information we collect

When you visit a site, we collect device data such as browser type, IP address, time zone, pages viewed, referring pages, and how you interact with the page. After you sign in, the console and documentation also record logs of account activity.

We use cookies, server logs, and similar technologies. A cookie is a small file on your device, usually with an identifier. You can block cookies in the browser; some sign-in and preference features may then stop working. A general explanation is at http://www.allaboutcookies.org.

The site loads Baidu Analytics in the footer and Google Analytics in the page header (measurement ID G-5LBEX108WE) to understand traffic. Those tools set cookies under their own rules.

When you register, sign in, verify an identity, open a support ticket, or buy a service, we collect what that step needs: for example a mobile number, name, billing details, a payment reference, email address, and the description you put in a ticket. Individual verification uses your name and ID number. Enterprise verification uses business-license materials, the company name, and the unified social credit code. TOTP secrets stay mainly on your device; they are not stored by us as part of the central account profile.

If you email, call, or write through the contact page, we keep the message and the contact details you give us so we can reply.

How we use it

We use this information to run the websites, console, documentation, mini program, and the features you request; to complete orders, payments, refunds, coupons, and invoices; to verify identity and protect accounts; to answer support requests; to detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents; to measure traffic and improve pages; and, where the law and your choices allow, to send service notices.

Browsing the marketing site does not trigger a demand for identity verification. If we use information for a new purpose, we will update this policy or ask where the law requires it.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information.

We share information with providers who host infrastructure, measure traffic, or process payments, and only as needed for that purpose. The marketing site uses Baidu Analytics and Google Analytics. Google’s description is at https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/ and the opt-out is at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. When you pay with WeChat Pay or a similar method, the payment provider processes the data required to complete the transaction under its own rules.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, when a competent authority makes a lawful request, or when necessary to protect Yunion, our users, or the public.

Where we keep it, and for how long

We operate in mainland China, and personal information is stored and processed there in principle. If you visit www.yunion.com or an English page from outside China, access logs may still be transferred to our systems in China.

Account and order records are kept for as long as we provide the service and as long as the law requires. If you ask us to delete information and the law allows it, we delete or anonymize it. Security logs are kept for a period reasonable for audit and incident handling.

Your rights

Where the law gives you the right, you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, close an account, or withdraw consent (without affecting processing that already happened). Email info@yunion.cn or call +86 15210526012. We may ask for information needed to confirm that the request is yours.

We process information to provide the service you ask for, to perform a contract, for legitimate interests in running and securing the sites, and to meet legal duties.

Children

The Services are for business customers and adults. Children under 14 should not register. If we learn that we collected a child’s information without the required guardian consent, we will delete it.

Do Not Track

When a browser sends a Do Not Track signal, we do not currently change the collection described in this policy. You can still limit cookies in the browser or use the Google Analytics opt-out linked above.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product, the law, or our operations change, and we will post the new version on this page. Material changes will be pointed out on the page or by a similar notice.
