Order & group setup
Purchase consulting in the console or WeChat mini program and pay. The system assigns a dedicated WeCom group and QR code so colleagues can join.

Online consulting
A bot and vendor engineers are in the group. Describe the issue there; the team analyzes remotely and proposes fixes. Close the session in the console when done.

Upgrade to remote assistance (optional)
If consulting alone is not enough, with mutual agreement you can upgrade so engineers—with your authorization—log into the environment for deeper troubleshooting.

Resolution & warranty
After resolution, close the service in the console to start a 7-day warranty. Follow-ups on the original issue continue in WeChat; new issues are not accepted.

Close-out & refunds
When the warranty ends, members leave the group and the chat is dissolved. If the issue was not effectively resolved, you may request a refund; approved amounts return to account balance.
